We rented both appartments (family of 4), they had a connecting door which was great. Wonderful view, a bit above the huge lagoon. To C Hotel it takes 5 minutes walking. There we could store our kitesurf stuff (Osmosis School). When you want to cook on your own: There is a small market, also a 5 minutes walk away. Fruits/veggies only available in the afternoon at a lady selling all you need beside the road, close to the mini market. Fresh fish: Best to go to the fish landing station at 08:30/09h on Wednesdays - wait and see if they come with some fresh catch! Very nice cleaning lady which did a great job (once a week). Cows and lovely dogs moving in front of the appartments, we liked it! On Mauritius dogs are a problem, but not on Rodrigues - here you maybe have some roosters - they can shout out quite loud if they want ;-)
Bus stop beside C Hotel entrance, it's great to move around with the local bus (eg to Port Mathurin).
Only one restaurant open in the evening (walking distance) - and it's not a good one... C Hotel buffet in the evening is nice, but overpriced. For lunch a bit more options. You need a car to reach all the other nice restaurants. We underestimated that a bit.

Bien si vous venez surtout pour le kite. Logement pas très cher et correct pour un emplacement proche du spot de kite. Bonne communication avec les propriétaires qui sont réactifs.
A part le kite, pas grand chose d'autres aux alentours. Décoration sommaire et manque de charme, ça reste correct pour le prix.

Le personnel est très accueillant. L’hôte est réactive et arrangeante. Le logement très bien situé est propre, calme, idéal pour des vacances. Je conseil vivement !
