The property was nice and clean. The position was good. It was a 10 min walk to the local beach. It had parking and all in all it was a very good experience.

plenty of space in house,
comfortable beds,
beach equipment available,
Near to the beach,
Two issue: the sound, probably from the nearby sewage treatment plant, can be heard constantly in the yard all day and all night. This is bothersome for those sensitive to sound. I love stargazing at night, which was clearly visible here, but the sound from the treatment plant drowns out even the crickets. Another downside is that the apartment has a distinctive smell of damp, especially noticeable from the wooden furniture. We didn't store clothes in it to avoid the smell.
This is a large apartment in a house, on the ground floor. However, it's not an exclusive house with a gated garden, just for you. I mention this because the ad doesn't make it clear, but it was very important to me when booking.

Nous avons adoré le logement ! Surtout la gentillesse de l'hôte Daniele. Mais aussi la proximité avec les commerces, les restaurants et la mer. La terrasse. Aucun frais cachés ou supplémentaires. Tous les draps et serviettes compris dans la location sans suppléments, lit bébé gratuit. La place de parking devant le logement.
Rien. Tout était parfait pour nous !
