Comfortable three bedroom apartment with a beautiful view. So much wasted potential.
Long wait to check-in and numerous calls and messages to the owner. When we did get in, there was no electricity,so also no wi-fi until we had power. Had to wait an hour before the owner sent the electricity code for the meter. Then another wait while the geyser heated up before we could shower.
Sadly, the place needs a good clean because it's such a good apartment and in such a great location. Kitchen and bathroom drawers stained and dirty. Dust everywhere. Shower floor very dirty. Cigarette burn holes in the couch. Strips on kitchen cupboard doors are coming off and would be so easy to repair. Toaster control needs to be held down for it to work. Dirty finger marks on the window that has the great view. With a little more attention to cleaning and maintaining this apartment it could easily be rated at a 10.
