Property was clean, friendly and a great value. We would definitely stay there again.
There was no breakfast as the hotel is still being renovated from an adult care facility. The restaurant is under construction but they did attempt to bring us coffee and some pastries in the front lobby.

Nice quiet overnight stay.
The ice machine had a leak somewhere and it had water that had leaked all over the floor. Staff were not concerned with it.

The price. That said, we got what we paid for. Manager was very kind when we checked in. They did seem to be trying to be a good place, but it did not meet our expectations.
Did not realize it was in an apartment complex, that seems to be undergoing a transformation to hotel rooms.
It had a kitchen, but no dish rack or dish towel. I did tell the desk when we checked out.
