Die Lage nahe zur Altsstadt. Die Aussstattung ist sehr gut, alle Geräte, wie Heißwasserbereitung, Waschmaschine, etc sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.
Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig, sie besitzt nur zwei winzige Fenster ohne Sicht nach draußen, Licht kommt nur von der Eingangstür, und Belüftung unzureichend.
