Excellent location for kitesurfing. Right on the beach and very close to Playkite kitesurf station. Ahmed was kind and gracious and sorted a small issue with the WiFi quickly. Flat is small but perfectly fine for a stay.
If you are not kitesurfing at Playkite, there is seriously not much in the area. There is a small supermarket within walking distance at Tiba Resort (the one at Oasis Marina is not worth a visit), but if you are staying a while you will struggle for food. Could also do with a big pot and a big bowl for cooking/eating.

L'espace piscine, avec vu sur la mer, la propreté des lieux, l'appartement, la présence 24/24 du réceptionniste.
La connexion Wi-Fi catastrophique, même la 4G . Si bien que nous étions toujours obligé de quitter l'hôtel et d'aller sur la plage pour obtenir de la connexion et ainsi pouvoir poursuivre l'organisation de notre séjour .
La plage situé à 200m, qui n'en ai pas vraiment une, je ne me voyais pas poser ma serviette au milieux des détritus. L'isolement de ce complexe, rien autour, premier petit commerce alimentaire à 500m , et rien d'autre. Nous sommes dans un quartier fantôme, au milieux des bâtiments délabré ou en construction .

The complex is new & very well managed, a comfortable space to relax in peace & quiet. I loved the view of the Ocean from the private balcony. With some research it is easy to reach the nearby suburb of Fayrouz.
Nothing to dislike as I already stayed in the area.
