Best bed I have ever slept in, so comfortable, as were the pool beds. Great asthetics wise. Nice staff.

You get one bottle of water per stay, to me, water is a basic human need! Can only change pool/beach towels every 2 days, even if they are full of sand and sun tan lotion. Food, which was flavourful, was never as hot as it should be and the quality of the alcohol was terrible. Would be better as a bed and breakfast.

We were on our third visit to the hotel and sadly will probably be our last, excited to stay here one again we sadly felt the hotel has slipped in a way that we see all too often in kos, 2 years of excellence followed but average at the same prices. We had some minor issues with room cleaning and some poor experiences with staff interactions, that said there still seems to be some great staff there too!! We love the feel of this groups hotels but this one is slipping and feels poorly managed! This is a real shame as this hotel is more than capable of delivering something no other hotel can In this location. Food has improved since our initial visit and this has improved our experience… sadly the boutique feel this hotel once had is a season away from being lost, from slammed together sunbeds and staff that clearly have their favourite nations to wasted spaces and sloppy house keeping!( please use the sundeck for loungers.. no one sits up there and it makes the pool feel super crowded). Pool was very dirty on day of arrival, with a skin of sun cream and sand on the bottom, just not enough inviting for new arrivals (yes is happens we know) . This place really has so so much potential and we enjoyed one of our most memorable trips here.. sadly I’m not sure we will be returning. I hope the owners do read these reviews and reflect, sadly I assume we will be thrown into the keyboard warrior category! We actually really like this hotel and just wish it hadn’t slipped… this isn’t a cheap stay and should really be better! Wouldn’t take much to turn this place around..!

La struttura ha molto potenziale, è piuttosto nuova

La pulizia non è nemmeno da 2 stelle, signore delle pulizie che passavano lo straccio sopra la sporcizia. Le camere sono scomode, no armadio, doccia separata da wc e lavandino in camera, tutto dislocato e poco pratico, nemmeno un appendino per gli asciugamani da viso e mani. Pulizia moooolto sommaria e un costante odore di fogna dagli scarichi. Cocktail del piano all inclusive fatti con sciroppi e pseudo alcolici locali, dolcissimi, credo di non averne finito nemmeno uno. Cibo da mensa aziendale. Alcuni ragazzi/e dello staff molto cordiali e pronti ad aiutare, altri che stazionavano a ridere e chiacchierare tra loro. Nessun aspetto di questo hotel è da 5 stelle, nemmeno la piscina che segue l'orario 10-18, assurdo d'estate quando ebello tuffarsi in piscina dopo una giornata in spiaggia. Se sei in acqua a nuotare, il bagnino passa a chiamarti alle 17.55 per informarti che il suo turno finisce alle 18, già con lo zaino in spalla. La spiaggia dell'hotel, incommentabile. Noi abbiamo amato Kardamena perché l'abbiamo vissuta fuori dall'hotel spendendo un podi soldi per avere una spiaggia e un servizio spiaggia da 5 stelle a circa 300 metri dall'hotel.
