This hotel was excellent. Communication was timely and accurate, the price was incredible for the area, the room was basic but clean and had everything I needed for my short stay. Given other reviews, I had really low expectations, but was delighted with what I got for the money I paid. You shouldn't expect the Ritz, but you are getting a safe, clean place to lay your head at night, which was all I can ask for. The area is excellent, the neighbourhood safe and so good to have Hyde Park on your doorstep. Would definitely stay again. Loved how quiet the room was, and I even had a balcony.
Nothing comes to mind.

It is in a great location, really handy for stations and Hyde Park. The bed was very comfy and all the facilities in the room worked as expected. Being at the back of the hotel it was also very quiet. good place for a couple of nights stay
Initially I had trouble using the electronic access devices at the front door and on the bedroom door. None of the telephone numbers listed either worked or were answered which was worrying when the locks wouldn't open.

I got my room very cheap so I really have nothing bad to say about this hotel. For the price. It was amazing! Paid £15 for an extra check out which was quite reasonable. Cooking facilities worked great. Location was great. Felt safe as female solo traveller
The shower was very small making it almost impossible to shower in as the showerhead was fixed. Other than that - no complaints

Location to Paddington station and Kensington park.
The area is nice and quiet no loud sirens.
First code didn’t work to enter and they promptly answered with a new code to get in.
Fan didn’t work upon entering and ceiling fan didn’t have the remote that was to go with it.
The freezer part of fridge was iced up.
The staff did respond and bring another fan but never more remote batteries for the TV or the ceiling fan remote. They did de ice the freezer but then my food froze up.
My main concern that the main window didn’t have a lock on it and other places were accessible to it from the balcony was a bit unnerving being a single female staying there. I did mention this to them but nothing was done.
