Good location, close to station & old city, pleasant riverside views & comfortable terrace. Good clothes washing facilities.
One bathroom had poor shower facilities and the wifi was difficult to access as the router had been turned off without provision of access instructions. Only one toilet. Street a bit noisy.

Esta super bien! Muy cómodo y muy céntrico.
Por decir algo, hacia mucho calor y las camas solo tenían edredones, no había una sabana para poder taparte algo ya que con ese calor era imposible taparte con los edredones.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est vraiment exceptionnel, on est à quelques minutes du port d'un côté et de l'aquarium et du musée de la marine de l'autre.
L'appartement est grand, lumineux, traversant, bien équipé, belle terrasse avec une jolie vue. La place de parking fermée en sous-sol est vraiment un gros plus.
Le check-in et check-out sont super facile, avec des explications très claires.
La résidence est bien sécurisée et les habitants de l'immeuble sont très agréables.
C'est donc un appartement super pour séjourner à la Rochelle et nous espérons revenir bientôt.

Location was good, offered a safe garage and was relatively quiet.
Didn’t look like the pictures, probably old pictures from when the place was new.
Shower door didn’t open properly, furniture was worn down, terrace furniture was not clean and worn down.
The system to obtain the key was like a treasure hunt, we were lucky the weather was good. Too many keys and switches and timers for everything.
