Fantastic location (within easy walking distance of main train station and Old Town). Helpful kitchenette facilities.
The apartment building was quite run down and dilapidated in the stairway and hallways but the room itself was lovely and clean.

Het was duidelijk hoe je naar binnen kon komen. Het was binnen alleen even zoeken naar welk appartement nou van ons was. De host kwam ons gelijk helpen!! Het was een schone kamer en alles wat we nodig hadden zat erin. We waren tevreden.
Het gebouw waar je binnen kwam was niet erg mooi en kwam soms een beetje naar over. Hier kan de host niks aandoen en maakte niet zoveel uit. Dit gaat dus niet over het appartement zelf.

L’emplacement est vraiment top, à même pas cinq minutes à pied de l’école de Condé à Nice. C’est super pratique pour aller à mon stage sans me prendre la tête avec le trajet. En plus, y’a plein de petits commerces sympas autour, donc tout est à portée de main.
Le seul petit bémol, ce serait la température de l'eau. Elle pourrait être un peu plus chaude.
