Very modern, great location, very good lay out. Very well organized by the property manager. Overall, we loved it. We recommend and be back next time visiting Charlottetown. Parking at the back included in price very convenient.
There is some room for improvement. Couches in living room not suitable for seniors, very low, hard to get up (one has the fabric hem hanging out). Lighting is either very bright or very low. Particularly in bedrooms either the ceiling is very bright or the lamp side tables is very low. At the king bedroom, the lamp does not work.
King bed squeaks.
Toilet seats could be of better quality. There was very little body wash left at the upper bathroom. Kleenex boxes on bathrooms could be helpful.
Coffee maker takes toooo long to heat the water. Smaller glasses for juice would be appreciated.

Nice original looking house outside , modern and very clean inside, with all the facilities you are likely to need. Nice touches included plenty of coffee pods, range of odds and ends if you wanted to cook, cleaning materials, washing machine pods if you needed them and a little yellow duck to say hello to. Good Wifi etc.
It's in a great location just a few minutes walk to the sea front and has it's own parking space at the rear (slightly tight driving between the houses if you have a large vehicle). We didn't cook as there were lots of places very close for breakfast (such as The Kettle Black) and we ate in the evenings but oven, microwave, hob all very good. I did use the kettle (with a whistle) on the hob to boil the water for tea. Perfect place for 2 couples (4 adults) for several nights. I even saw a pair of probably Hairy Woodpeckers on the tree at the rear.
Minor: Shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom needs adjusting to keep all the water in the shower tray.
