Location was great for our needs. The house was very clean and tidy. All amenities were great. We didn't cook a meal, but everything was available to do so. We would stay here again. This property is attached to a bigger house, but we did not hear or see anyone else. It felt very private.
The parking was a bit tight with our large rental car. It was a close fit with all the other cars that were there especially getting in and out of the allocated parking spot.
The couch in the property was very hard, so not really one to cosy up and watch a movie.

Private, secure, warm, with off-street parking. Owner was very helpful and friendly. The new heat pump warmed up the whole house quickly for those sensitive to the cold, and there were electric blankets on both beds.

Lovely and sunny. Heat pump worked really well. Beds were firm but reasonably comfortable. Great communication from owner and easy to find. Nice to see body wash supplied in the shower.
There were a few stairs from the door to living area that my dad found difficult- a hand rail would have been helpful. I missed the info about no TVNZ. Needs some dinner and bread and butter plates.
