Beautiful, big and very well equipped apartment. Kitchen has everything one might need and even two bathrooms for 2 bedrooms. Very nice location out to the water, close to the Royal Yacht Britannia. A little bit out of the centre, but buses go regularly and paying in the buses is easy and fairly cheap.
They state they have a ring camera and noise level detection and some device to measure how much electricity is used. It’s good they are so upfront about it, but it feels a bit weird, like being under surveillance.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It contains everything you’d require for an enjoyable stay.
Although it is located outside the city centre, it’s only a short walk to both bus and tram stops, and Taxi/Uber cost is very affordable if, like we were, a party of four. It is situated in a very quiet and peaceful location.
I would recommend this apartment and will use again.

It was clean and at a nice location. The facility looks as described.
there's no hot water. We messaged them on Booking.com but no one answered for hours. We have to contact them via whatsapp and wait for a while until they responded. it turns out that they did not open the water boiler before we arrive.
