Sobre todo el servicio, es un hostel con atención de hotel de 5 estrellas, no exagero, me ayudaron con las excursiones, con los transfer al aeropuerto, cualquier cosa q necesitase, cambios de habitación, almohadas extra, me permitieron dejar maletas sin estar en el hotel…. A parte de lo agradables q eran todo el staff sobre todo recepción. Sin duda
Above all, the service was outstanding. It's a hostel with 5-star hotel service, and I'm not exaggerating. They helped me with excursions, airport transfers, anything I needed, room changes, extra pillows, and they even let me leave my luggage even when I wasn't at the hostel. Besides, all the staff were incredibly friendly, especially at reception. Definitely
