Location-great view of river lee, clean, secure, appreciative of the tea and coffee supplies
The 2:00 wake up from the college kids leaving the bars and returning to their apartments but we were young once too.

Location was great. Very quiet despite being on a busy road (river view).
Nothing we didn’t like. There were a couple of small things which would be a good addition, wine glasses and a mirror in the twin bedroom would be useful for drying hair. Shower heads in both bathrooms were reported to owner for attention although did not impact our stay. Owner relied to all correspondence promptly.

Location excellent in terms of getting around town but it was opposite a noisy bar and club so the noise was bad til 2 am at the weekends.
The flathead a misty smell and had a smoke smell in the building and flat even though signs were everywhere to say no smoking
