Lovely home with lots of outside space. Having the private pool was a massive bonus and we’d love to come back!
We were quite disappointed with several aspects of our stay. The property listing included a dishwasher, but there wasn’t one available, which was misleading. We were also promised pool towels and a mid-stay clean with a change of bedding after seven days—neither of which were provided. Additionally, the kitchen appliances were not properly cleaned, and the BBQ required a thorough scrub before we could use it. These issues detracted from what could have been a much more enjoyable stay.

We have just enjoyed a lovely week at Villa Sunray.
Plenty of room for our Family of 4.
Beautiful large Pool, stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the ocean.
2 balconies and 3 spacious terraces.
Comfortable beds and good air con.
Great welcome pack with essentials on arrival.
This villa is rural so lovely and peaceful but within an Easy Drive or taxi ride into Almyrida (max 5mins) for
Great restaurants and beautiful beaches.

The house was lovely, the location ideal (within walking distance of the main beach), and the pool was pristine. While we had an amazing time overall, there were several issues during our stay that are worth mentioning
Communication with the host/agent was extremely poor. We were advised that she could arrange floating breakfasts and tours, as well as provide recommendations, but when we reached out for these and to request basic supplies, we received no response. We were provided with only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom (two in total) for five guests for over a week, and no dishwashing liquid. A dishwasher was also mentioned in the description but there was not one there. Pool maintenance staff also arrived at the property without prior notice, which we feel should have been communicated to us in advance.
There was insufficient hot water for five people, with the solar-powered water only reaching a suitable temperature from around midday and when we switched to the geyser we would only get three warm showers (no matter how quick the showers were).
The duvet in the downstairs bedroom also appeared to cause a skin reaction, resembling possible insect bites. Underneath the couches and beds were also not cleaned properly.
The outdoor furniture took approximately two days to dry after the rain, and the downstairs lounge area was dirty and had a significant amount of spiderwebs.
