Pret foarte bun, locatia situata la 1 minut de RER E, destul de curat dar se putea si mai bine, nu mirosea a curatenie, la baie era un miros inchis dar am rezolvat tinand geamul in permanenta deschis, spațios dar un pic sub asteptari judecand dupa pozele puse pe booking. Apartamentul este dotat cu masina de vase si una de rufe dar nu le-am folosit. Nici bucataria nu am prea folosit-o deoarece plecam dimineața si ne intorceam seara tarziu. Este liniste, trenul care trece la 7-8 minute abia daca se aude desi trece prin fata geamului. Un plus ar si cele doua bai, una de serviciu si alta cu dusul. Cand esti in grup ajuta. In Paris se ajunge cam in 30 minute facand legatura cu metroul la statia Magenta(Gara de nord) sau la Haussmann Saint-Lazare. Au 16 magistrale de metrou si 5 RER in cele 5 zone ale Parisului☺️. Aplicatia Citymapper ne-a ajutat enorm sa calatorim spre obiectivele turistice.
Lipsa lumina pe scari. Daca te intorci noaptea ai nevoie sa aprinzi lanterna la telefon. La check in iti sunt furnizate datele pentru conectare la wifi dar nu gaseste reteaua, nici TV-ul nu functiona. Noi banuim ca nu avea abonamentul la cablu TV si internet platit.

wir waren Selbstversorger, Wohnung war ziemlich neu renoviert, der Bahnhof war 20 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Trotzdem relativ ruhig. Gute Verbindung ins Centrum.

La ubicación. La cercanía al tren (100m)
No soy de quejarme por qué viajo mucho y he visto mucho…pero ha sido de los peores alojamientos en los que me he quedado.El apartamento no tenía mantenimiento, ducha en mal estado( apenas tenía fuerza el agua y no salía la temperatura adecuada , no salía caliente. No podías mantenerla sujeta, por lo que era muy incómoda)armarios que no podían abrirse y se caían las puertas ,enchufes sin protección y vistos, un peligro! Faltaban sartenes , perchas… y lo peor el olor del wc y el baño.
Nos encontramos la vitro sucia.
La puerta del parking no funciona con el mando… toca bajarse y abrirla manualmente.
En general sería bueno k se terminara de rehabilitar.
