The keycode supplied by Sykes was the wrong one. The contact number for the owner appeared to be blocking all but selected numbers so I couldnt call them to get the correct number. Tried calling Sykes but it was easier to get through to a doctor's receptionist, long wait time!!! Eventually went to Parkdean reception who contacted the owner, using the same number I had but they answered this time and gave me the corrected code. Had the residence not been on a managed site I would not have been able to get into the property and faced a 5.5 hour return drive home. Sykes need to sort this out!!

Quite position
Pouring with rain and could not open key safe ,given wrong key codes ,had to track down owner for another code
No toilet roll (usually complimentary one roll )
No bin liner in kitchen of bathroom
No cleaner to clean top of cooker /prices in Bar £11-50 for a large red wine (nothing to do with owner )
Did not like polyester bedding (just a persona view )
