With two floors of living space, two fully equipped kitchens, multiple living areas, four Smart TVs, an in-unit washer and dryer, linens and towels included, and dedicated off-street parking, you'll have the space and conveniences you need for a comfortable North Wildwood getaway.

***The Space***

Your reservation includes BOTH the first and second floors of the main house for exclusive use by your group.
One of the biggest advantages of renting the entire Beach House is the flexibility of having two separate levels of living space.
Spend your vacation together while still having room to spread out, relax, watch TV, prepare meals, or enjoy a little downtime after a day at the beach.

Mamma Mary’s Beach House comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across four bedrooms and multiple sleeping areas.

First Floor – Beach Breeze

• Bedroom 1: Full-size bed
• Bedroom 2: Bunk bed
• Living area: Sleeper sofa
Second Floor – Beach Haven
• Bedroom: Queen-size bed
• Lounge/second bedroom: Full-size bed with twin trundle

Bed linens and bath towels are provided.
No need to pack sheets and towels — they're included with your stay.

Your Beach House reservation includes one designated driveway parking space.
Having dedicated off-street parking is a major convenience during the busy North Wildwood summer season.
Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

***Outdoor Living***

Guests can enjoy the shared backyard patio, featuring:

• Gas grill for BBQ nights

• Umbrella-covered outdoor dining area

• Outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach

After a day in the sun, come back, rinse off, fire up the grill and enjoy a relaxing evening at the shore.

Please note: The backyard and outdoor amenities may be shared with guests staying in the separate rear cottage.
