About this house rental
Enjoy a holiday filled with archipelago atmosphere in Kråkelund, where you have a large, fantastic plot by the sea with jetties and a wood-fired sauna. The house was previously a pilot's house, and Kråkelund's beautiful lighthouse towers next to the house. You have a large bathing jetty with outdoor furniture where you can sit down and enjoy a good meal in an unbeatable archipelago setting. There is another bathing jetty by the sauna where you can cool off. There are plenty of patios, one of which is particularly beautiful right by the sea, surrounded by greenery. You have two houses. The large house has nice living areas with a dining area and a living room with a sofa bed for two people. There is a kitchen with a dining area. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The nice open-plan guest cottage has a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with a sofa bed for two people and a sofa bed. Both houses have bathrooms with toilet and shower. There is also a washing machine in the main building. There is good fishing. If you want, you can sometimes hire a fishing guide with a motorboat. If you are interested, contact the office for further contact with the owner of the house. There are also plenty of day trips if you want. Oskarshamn is 25 km away; from here you can take the ferry over to Öland in the summer. Vimmerby, with Astrid Lindgren's World, is usually popular with children, as is Virum's moose park, where you can experience moose up close. In Klintemåla there is a popular café in the harbor. In cozy Figeholm there is a grocery store, a pizzeria and a larger swimming area.

Working remotely here wasn’t bad at all! The internet was reliable enough for video calls, plus I got breaks walking down by the water which really helped me focus when I returned.

Great space for our family vacation! The kids had plenty of room to play while we relaxed by the outdoor furniture on the bathing jetty. The cleanliness of the property made our stay even more enjoyable.

As a budget traveler, I found this place pretty good. The guest cabin felt just right for my needs and gave me access to lovely outdoor areas. Plus, there were some cool spots nearby worth exploring.
