We had a very nice stay for two nights. Both pools are excellent, staff are very friendly, the room was clean and had modern amenities.
Breakfast was excellent however, we had lunch at the hotel one day and it was only okay. There are a few monkeys around the property however, most never come into the actual hotel.
For note, the hotel is based on top of a hill which is a very steep climb. While there is an outdoor lift for luggage and personal use, it does operate very slowly so the stairs are usually the quicker, but more straining option. From there it is a 10 minute walk into town which is convenient.
But overall we had a very nice stay.

A local gem, the gondola up to the hotel was very cool. Staff super friendly, rooms a great size and good quality food and drink. 10 mins leisurely stroll to the beach. Highly recommend

As a Sri Lankan living abroad who has travelled to many countries, this was a rare and memorable find in Sri Lanka. We had an excellent stay at this beautiful, eco-friendly hotel. It is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of Mirissa Beach, and the property is exceptionally well maintained.
The staff were warm, friendly, and always happy to accommodate our requests. A particularly nice touch was being personally greeted by the owners during breakfast, which made us feel genuinely welcome.
If you’re looking for a peaceful, sustainable place to stay in Mirissa, I highly recommend this hotel.
