Exceptional hospitality. Great service, Exceptional room, Luigi was an awesome help, he picked us up at 23:30 on night brought us back to the hotel. Such an awesome unexpected experience.

The room was amazing!! The hot tub/jacuzzi was great, we didn't really use the sauna and breathing rooms however they looked nice. The air conditioning worked very well.
The bathroom was good the only minor issue was the shower didn't drain the best and you had to watch it wouldn't overflow.
the location was also great with a bakery opposite and a shop next door, it was just down the street a 10 minute walk from the main train station, the bus stop from the airport and the metro. it was a 6 minute walk to the mount Vesuvius/ Pompeii pick up points. We had an amazing experience !!

Very nice relaxing jacuzzi and sauna. shame they charge when you check in after 10pm.

The room was clean and big. Air conditioning worked extremely well. Bed was pretty hard and the microwave was not available to some room.
