Other Things to Note:

• Any additional cleaning services mid-stay will incur an extra charge/fee.

• Standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. If guests want a late checkout, depending on availability, there will be an additional charge.

• Any last-minute extensions will incur additional charges for cleaning cancellation.

• Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of 500 AED per card.


• Please note, we are a holiday home, not a hotel. The apartment is situated at the Residences side.



Building notice: Spa access must be booked in advance directly with the Spa Team and is subject to availability. Spa timings are 9:00 AM–12:00 PM and 7:00 PM–8:00 PM.
