Second-floor apartment, located in a historic building and overlooking the courtyard.
The accomodation opens onto an entrance hall with living room and open kitchen, as well as a single sofa bed. The layout also includes two bathrooms with shower and two bedrooms with one queen-size bed and one sofa each.
On the ground floor available to all guests is a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.
* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.

The place was clean, very nice, as described. The location was great, really easy to get around from, and in a cute alleyway with a big door, and lovely courtyard with statues. The only issues were: no coffee for the coffee maker; nothing to make the place more homey-nothing on the wall, no mirrors in the hall for others to get ready. For checkin, I reached out many times to my host before I left the USA, to check in much more easily, from home, with passports and all - as I was able to do with my Milan, Florence, and Rome hosts, but she didn’t respond. She sent me the check in process when I was on the train from Milan, but I wasn’t able to complete it-it wouldn’t take my birthplace and let me proceed. So when I was just about 800 feet away from the unit, they called me, and thankfully, they were able to use our passport photos to check us in - but that was stressful (it was 7 of us with 11 suitcases, and we were tired and hot). Checking in from home would have been a breeze. But we did enjoy our stay, and it was conveniently located.
