The location was great. Beds were very comfortable and heating was welcome. Shower pressure was awesome.

I didnt't like that I was not warned it was on the top floor with no lift. If you have mobility issues then going up and down stairs all the time is not great.

We would have liked to know that it was all stairs and no lift, prior to booking. My elderly mother struggled.

Location was fantastic, and coffee shop downstairs is really convenient. The service from made comfy was really good when we called them with our difficulties accessing property. The apartment has everything you need and well set up. It was clean and spacious and looked just like the photos.

Check in was unnecessarily stressful with the confusion over the access card being separate from the keys. This was not explained and we were attempting to access the apartment and car park with a tag on the keys as we were not aware there was a card amongst the mail in the letter box.They should be kept together and clearly explained you need BOTH to access the property. There was no description of apartment being located up 4 flights of steep stairs, no lift. This was a significant issue for us and it should be made clear before you book. The car park is also on the small side with 3 pillars within the space, making it extremely difficult to park even for small cars. The bed was way too soft and uncomfortable needs an upgrade.
