Μας άρεσε πολύ η σουίτα, το προσωπικό και το πρωινό. Να αναφέρουμε ότι ο Γιώργος από το μπαρ και ο ξάδεφος του ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικά και φιλικά παιδιά. Η Όλγα η σερβιτόρα στο πρωινό όπως και οι δύο κύριοι που καταγόντουσαν από την Αλβανία, ο ένας δούλευε στο πρωινό και ο άλλος ήταν ο κηπουρός. Πολύ φιλικοί άνθρωποι μας έκαναν να αισθανόμαστε σαν το σπίτι μας.
Αρχικά δεν μας άρεσε ότι η ιδιωτική πισίνα μας δεν ήταν και τόσο ιδιωτική, ήμασταν δίπλα ακριβώς από την είσοδο. Επίσης δεν μας κάνανε καλό orientation όταν φτάσαμε. Η κοπέλα στην υποδοχή μας πήγε γρήγορα στο δωμάτιο, μας έδειξε με το χέρι της απλά που βρισκόταν το πρωινό, η πισίνα και η παραλία. Και μετά έφυγε. Μάθαμε ότι υπήρχε δεύτερη πισίνα για ενήλικες την δεύτερη μέρα. Στο πρωινό δεν ξέραμε καν ότι υπήρχε πάνω όροφος ούτε ξέραμε για τις δυνατότητες του να γίνει all inclusive, έπρεπε εγώ να ρωτήσω για αυτό. Επιπλέον, φιλική συμβουλη θεωρώ ότι αν φέρνατε host και hostess θα βοηθούσε την κατάσταση ειδικά στο πρωινό με το seating γιατί νιώθαμε ότι χανόταν η μπάλα και μπαίνανε εξωτερικοί πελάτες κλπ χωρίς κανέναν έλεγχο. Τέλος δεν η ιδιωτική παραλία με τα βράχια δεν είναι πολύ ευχάριστη.

Nuestra estancia en Golden Coast Resort fue fantástica y, sin duda, hizo que nuestra experiencia en Zakynthos fuese todavía más especial y confortable.
Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bien atendidos. Todo el equipo del hotel fue súper amable, atento y profesional, siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos y haciendo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Se nota muchísimo el cuidado y el trabajo que hay detrás para que los huéspedes disfruten de su estancia.
Queremos hacer una mención muy especial a Ricardo, el manager del hotel, porque su trato con nosotros fue excepcional. Desde el primer día estuvo pendiente de que todo estuviera perfecto, nos ayudó siempre que lo necesitamos y nos trató con una cercanía y una amabilidad que agradecemos muchísimo. Personas como él marcan realmente la diferencia en una experiencia de viaje.
La habitación también nos encantó: era muy bonita, cómoda, cuidada y tenía todo lo necesario para disfrutar y descansar después de pasar el día recorriendo la isla. En general, las instalaciones y el ambiente del hotel hicieron que estuviéramos realmente a gusto durante toda nuestra estancia.
Nos vamos de Zakynthos con recuerdos increíbles y podemos decir que Golden Coast Resort forma parte de esos buenos recuerdos. Estamos muy satisfechos con nuestra elección y con todo el equipo.
Muchísimas gracias por habernos tratado tan bien. Sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos aquí y lo recomendamos totalmente.

Die Zimmer waren sehr groß, modern und sauber auch die Anlage selbst hat sauber und gepflegt gewirkt. Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen. In der Umgebung fand man ausreichend (zu Fuß erreichbar) Supermärkte und Restaurants. Bars und Clubs nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Das Frühstück war enttäuschend. Einige Speisen und Getränke waren leer und wurden nicht nachgefüllt. Genauso Gläser und Kaffeetassen. Das Küchenpersonal wirkte teilweise sehr träge.
Geschmacklich ebenfalls eher enttäuschend. Kein 4-Sterne Niveau.
Die Schirme konnten aufgrund eines fehlenden Fixierstabs teilweise nicht benutzt werden. Der private Whirlpool ist definitiv zu klein für zwei Personen.
