We loved the location of the hotel. Cleanliness and also the comfortable futon being provided.
Keep in mind washroom is shared and one common bathroom available for limited time in morning hours only
(this is important, check with your spouse before booking 😁😅)

Room is spacious and nice japanese traditional. It was a fun futon DIY experience.
Bathrooms were clean.
The onsen was a bit small.
It is fully automated, you don't see a person or have reception during the stay. They were not flexible at all about cancellations or change of plans. I had booked a night, but changed my plans and tried to request a cancellation fee waiver on booking 20 minutes later (this was 10am, hours before check-in time) and they denied it. If you book, even if plan changes, you'll pay for it. Bit expensive for the overall service
