Nice secure building and shopping mall close to appartment, facilities like swimming pool and gym.
Some small maintenance repairements need to be made. But overall very good value for the money I paid.

Great location right next to a Mall so everything we needed was a short walk away. Hosts were friendly, the apartment was comfortable and clean. Good facilities in the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here.
Shower looked a little grubby, some facilities need moderate repair, only one hob worked on the cooktop, the shower door handle falls off, the arm that holds the showerhead was loose, if you empty a full sink down the drain hole it all floods out the cupboard below onto the kitchen floor, the surrounding area had a damp smell, water containers were almost depleted right at the beginning of our stay, lots of sound leaks in around the window seals so scooters can be louder than expected inside, Although a deposit was required for the stay, no-one actually requested it until the day before hand, this lead to a few complications as we were already flying inbound at this point and we had difficulty using their payment website.
