Location is accessible if your activities are within Manila/pasay/ makati area, place is safe and secure. Smart lock gives you less worries of the room keys. Good wifi connectivity. Spacious room for 2-3 pax. I am particular with dry bathroom floor so the shower wall was a plus for me.
I am a hot coffee person and I had several cups in a day. There was no coffee cup available in the cupboard and no teaspoon, too. There were not enough kitchen utensils available If i bring food over for reheating. There is a microwave but the dinnerwares are not microwave safe. Though the host says you may contact them for assistance, It is bothersome for guests to do that esp if they have their schedule packed. I brought work with me and there is no working table.

Отличное место для ночёвки перед следующим полетом. Хозяин выслал оплаченный нами счёт и в 2 часа дня по приезду мы только показали фото на стойке регистрации и сразу проследовали в апартаменты. Дверь была открыта, ключи на столе. Утром бросили ключ в почтовый бокс. Самый быстрые check in и check out, которые когда либо у нас были. На первом этаже Кондо кафешки и круглосуточные магазины. Asia mall в пяти минутах ходьбы. Вообщем, всё супер.
Утром в спешке не нашел как включить горячую воду. Но сам виноват. Надо было накануне позвонить или написать хозяину. Он всегда на связи.
