Teri is fabulous so helpful and welcoming, my doggy and I stayed for a week and I didn’t want to leave by the end! The bed was so comfy and everything was beautiful and clean! I wish it was summer so I could have enjoyed outdoor area more.

Teri is super-friendly and very accommodating.
Quiet and safe neighbourhood.
Close to Karapiro.
Close to Sanctuary Mountain (especially the northern enclosure).
Close to the Hamilton - Cambridge cycle track.
Very good fish and chip shop just around the corner on Shakespeare Street (Leamington Fast Foods & Fresh Fish Supply).
The accommodation is at the back of Teri's place with no direct access so luggage has to be carried in. Small inconvenience.
