The location was really good and safe. The home was functional and served our purpose of having a family trip with a living room to spend time in.
The tap in the shower was dripping and the water had a distinct unpleasant smell. However, the host was very kind and immediately sent a handyman once I let them know about the issue.
Everything was functional but it seemed as though the closets etc in the house were not in the best condition.
The rooms were very very noisy at night but could be just standard NYC noise. I suspected it was due to the AC in the window which left a part of the window open but only blocked by a strip of thermocol.

Very spacious place , well equipped, comfortable bedroom.
Very attentive host !
The location is not in Upper East Side as said in the address, and not at 93rd street as shown in the map attached to it.
It’s in Kips Bay (more likely midtown), and located at 33 street 2nd Av. , close to The Empire State Building .
It’s a nice location, but since we booked it to stay close to friends who live in Upper East Side, it was a disappointment, specially because this was asked to the host before we get there and it wasn’t answered. We only found out when we got there, so stay attentive to it !!
The bedrooms face the avenue, which has a lot of traffic so the noise can be disturbing at night.

Goede ligging, fijn om 2 slaapkamers en een woonkamer te hebben.
Ondanks dat de slaapkamers schoon waren viel de algehele staat van het appartement tegen. Het is een oud en afgeleefd huis. Dit is ook terug te zien in het appartement.
