Kleine Zimmer in pismo Beach mit Parkplätzen. Parken ist zwar nicht umsonst, ist den Preis aber auf jeden Fall wert. Keine Rezeption oder Ähnliches. Man bekommt einen Code und kann direkt ins Zimmer. Sowas sollte sich viel mehr durchsetzen. Es gibt kaum was nervigeres als nach einem langen Tag noch an der Rezeption warten zu müssen, dass man ins Zimmer kann. 5 Minuten bis zum Strand, also ist die Lage auch perfekt. Türen werden über Nacht abgeschlossen, aber auch hier kommt man jederzeit rein und raus (mit dem selben Code wie fürs Zimmer). Restaurants direkt nebenan (oder in Richtung Strand).

Great location, just a short walk from the beach and nearby restaurants. We also appreciated the complimentary water and snacks, which were a very nice touch.
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and not suitable for a good night's sleep. The living room is also quite small, and when the sofa bed is opened there is very little space to move around due to the amount of furniture in the room.
I also would not recommend paying for the reserved parking ($30/day), as there is a free public parking lot nearby.

The location was great! About a 5 min walk to the pier and near all the restaurants.
Downside was that you could hear all the cars and nightlife very easily at bedtime.
Our room was much smaller than I expected. Would be perfect for a couple but for a family of four, it was very crowded.
So small that when you used the remote for the bedroom TV, it sensed it in the living room TV and would change.
The AC was strongest in the living room area but didn’t reach the bedroom well.

L’emplacement et le confort
Le personnel a été réactif et agréable et nous à change de chambre
Il n’y a pas de desk, pas d’accueil mais un écran qui peut prévenir quelqu’un qui vient solutionner notre problématique. Ce n’est pas très pratique. L’arrivée à « l’hôtel » se fait en remplissant un formulaire à remplir par nous sur téléphone ….. pénible toujours du fait qu’il n’y ait pas de desk. Bref, pour nous, un hôtel doit avoir un accueil avec une personne physique.
Le canapé lit ne convient pas pour des adultes.
