El departamenton es tal cual se ve en las fotos,Hermoso!! Todas la comodidas, la ducha,que para mi es super importante, era genial! Tiraba buena cantidad de agua,podias regular bien el agua fria de la caliente, lo mismo en las demas canillas. La cocina es electrica y funciona de 10! Habia tostadora,pava electrica y todos los elementos necesarios para cocinar. Pasamos una hermosa estadia!

El departamento es muy confortable, cuando ingresas podes apreciar la ciudad de bariloche desde su balcon y el lago Nahuel Huapi. Esta a solo 3 cuadras del centro civico. Tuve una buena recepción, seguro volvere!.

The location was fantastic. The view off the deck was amazing (we LOVED having a deck so much!). It was so nice having a full kitchen (fridge, microwave, sink, etc). The price point was great! The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, warm, etc. The host was able to put us in contact with a taxi driver for the morning we left.
On booking.com, the website very explicitly said NO CASH ACCEPTED. We got there and the person said she would ONLY accept a cash payment. My travel partner and I do not carry that type of cash on hand. Apparently the “cash only” part was sent to me on a what’s app message from the owner, but I do not speak Spanish so this was overlooked and an issue. I ended up having to withdraw money from my bank account (which I obviously took a loss on with the transaction fee). I left the money on the counter the next day, sent a message to the person (including a picture of the cash) and NEVER EVEN GOT AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT I HAD PAID. It was a VERY large red flag.
When we were booking, we made it clear we needed two beds. The host messaged us confirming we needed two beds to which we responded yes. We got there, and only one bed was made up. There were sheets out and I was able to make the second bed (minus a missing pillowcase) but why ask if you don’t do anything with that information???
Communication was very frustrating. I made it clear on the booking that I didn’t not speak Spanish and almost all of the what’s app messages were sent to me in Spanish (contrary to the person who met us speaking English very well). My travel partner did speak Spanish but being I had done the booking, I would have preferred the important communication to be in English. I felt bad asking for English but I also didn’t want to miss anything important after the “pay in cash only” incident. The person did eventually start sending more messages in English at my request (which was very much so appreciated).
The shower was a large problem for us. The shower head was amazing and had great water pressure. With that being said, the water did not drain properly and flooded the bathroom a bit after only a few minutes of the water being turned on. I would need to start the shower, basically immediately get in, and then still had to turn the water off mid shower to allow the water to drain.
