I loved the location and the owner was very helpful when there were some issues. It was clean and it had everything.
It could be loud at times with the property being on a busy street.

The location was excellent. There are a few car parks nearby which, although not cheap, are great for convenience. Access to the property was fine.
The instructions were clear and easy to follow.
Being in such a central location it felt safe and very quiet.
Not really a negative but for info, as a tall person, the mezzanine bedroom was awkward due to low ceiling. Not much that can be done about it but also does not detract from the positives.

The location was perfect for us.
So to start stuff just didn’t work. First the lights in the stairways weren’t working. Then there was an issue with the shower in our studio and we got moved a floor down (so had to pack everything up and shift it downstairs). The bathroom was a lot smaller in the new room (you are essentially showering next to the sink. So when brushing your teeth you’re standing on a wet floor) and the shower head didn’t work properly (got it changed two days later). So we had a lesser room but for the same price. The oven didn’t work (you could turn the fan on but it wouldn’t heat up). The hob kept heating up too much and cutting out. And considering one of the reasons I booked this was for the kitchenette, the fact it didn’t work properly was very poor. To keep the windows open we needed to wedge something underneath them and with no air con the least you need is openable windows. The plugs were behind the bed and you can’t move it out as the headboards aren’t connected to anything so are just pushed against the wall. So using any sort of larger adaptor was impossible .
Then there was the cleanliness There was so much dust under the bed and on top of the cupboards. The saucepans were oily and had bits in. The oil bottle was stuck to the bottom of the cupboard and really sticky to hold.
As for comfort, the pillows are tiny and not particularly conducive to sleep and the double bed is two singles.
Can’t see me wanting to stay here again.
