Good hotel, near shopping mall and restaurants.
Some used Q-tips on the floor in the room when we checked in.

It was a lovely room for a couple with a jacuzzi (fabulous!) And a massage chair (which was very much needed after carrying a lot of luggage). We however booked for a family and the room was not equipped to have a family (they didn't have futon mattresses which I thought they would have so our children slept on a thin blanket). The staff were very friendly and accommodating and tried to help us get sorted as much as possible with our children sleeping arrangements. There was complementary drinking water, coffee, cereal, toast and noodles available at reception which was great. We could use the washing machine which was brilliant and we were very grateful for. Thank you to the cleaning staff who were very helpful!!
It was not a room for a family of 4, which is what I thought I had booked otherwise two nights here went well.

There was bread and ramyeon noodles provided although I did not eat the noodles. There was a lot of space in the room, and the location of the place was accessible from downtown, walkable by around 15 minutes.
