Located in The Hill complex within 10 min walk of main Sunset Town attractions. The studio apartment was very well equipped with kitchen with all the equipment (air fryer, rice cooker, kettle etc) and washing machine. Would suit a longer stay if you don't mind the ghost town that is Sunset Town.
Great design with generous bathroom and shower with all toiletries provided for.
The host was very responsive - gave clear instructions on how to check in and tried to address our concerns.
All the linen was old and visibly dirty, even the ones in the cupboards. We don't know if the bedding was changed from the last booking at all, but marks can clearly be seen. Host blamed the housekeeping team and did offer to come and change the bedding but we were on our last night there.
It was not clear in the booking that cash payment was required and luckily we had enough cash with us.
Whilst there was a rooftop pool, which had great view to the nightly fireworks, the way to the pool was unfinished and hazardous, could easily trip up anyone in the dark.

Хозяйка всегда была на связи по Whatsapp. Все вопросы решались в течение дня. Очень просторный и уютный номер с зоной для приготовления блюд. Расположение в отеле Hill в Sunsetown давало прекрасный вид на город и море если воспользоваться выходом на крышу. Вечером видно шоу программу. Из самого номера вид на горы и немного города. Большую часть времени довольно тихо. Сам номер прекрасно соответствует описанию и фотографиям в объявлении. Большое спасибо мисс Чанг за гостепреимство. Рекомендую.

Отличные апартаменты со всем необходимым для долгосрочного проживания. Пробыли месяц, параллельно работая. Хотелось бы отметить замечательную хозяйку, которая была постоянно на связи и помогала по любым возникающим вопросам начиная от заказа такси в аэропорт и заканчивая любыми сложностями на острове. Это сделало наше проживание очень легким и комфортным. Сама комната очень уютная, вся мебель новая, очень удобная кровать, хорошая душевая и отличный вид с балкона. На кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления еды, делали регулярно завтраки и смузи благодаря наличию блендера.
Для удаленной работы есть несколько зон, так что работать вдвоем точно будет комфортно, при этом сам размер комнаты немного больше, чем в аналогичных вариантах, что сделало этот выбор однозначно правильным. Качество интернета также было на высоте. При повторном посещении Фукуока обязательно поеду именно сюда.

It was centrally located within walking distance to all attractions in Sunset Town.
Sunset Town is amazing but also very touristy. The rooftop pool does not have any lounge furniture, or anything to sit on and relax while using the pool area.
