The laundry is accessible since it is in the unit.
There is a certain smell (toilet smell) in the cupboard under the kitchen sink and toilet area.

The location was great! It was near restaurants and cafes. We also loved how cozy it was despite having little space. There were 6 of us and we fit in just fine. The bathroom's quite small though, but it's alright. It was really a home away from home. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and we even got to do laundry.
The check in process was fairly straightforward.
First, the parking option. We were offered parking for a fee of around 500 pesos per night which I think is quite steep since we were there for 4 nights. We had to find other options outside. Hope it could be included in the price or something.
Then, there were some outlets in the apartment that were not working (near the foot of the bed of the 2nd room).

Good location and facilities in the condominium.
Wifi didnt work. Couldnt get proper support from the care taker. As our bus was late we missed the ferry and hence couldn’t stay the first night eventho we paid for it. No refund not extension nor a kind gesture for our stay. As its first floor was mostly noisy bcs of the pool and the basketball court, till 10pm.
