Location, self check in system and freedom to use the house fully equiped, being able to borrow bicycle for free and enjoy a nice place just a few minutes away from Tokyo.

I really liked this place. The surrounding area had nice open spaces with lots of greenery, ducks and koi/carp swimming in the pond. I felt relaxed here, a nice change of pace from the busier more built up areas of Tokyo. The host Ruyue was lovely, she welcomed me with a kind smile and had a friendly personality. I requested when making the booking that some special attention be made to any dust that might be in the room I was staying in as I have a dust allergy and I'm glad to say that she did, I had no problems. The tenants there were friendly and I was able to make a few friends. One night, we even made Takoyaki with Ruyue which was a nice experience

La propreté est à revoir (dans la SDB, cheveux au sol, dans le siphon de la douche, dans le lavabo), poussière dans les marches et au sol. J'ai été "accueillie" (pas de bonjour) par un des occupants de la maison, mais pas l'hôte.
L'emplacement était éloigné de 15min à pied (marche rapide) du métro le plus proche, ensuite 40min pour rejoindre Shinjuku avec le train exprès.
