This was my favorite accommodation during my 6 weeks in Brazil. If you are visiting São Paulo, I strongly encourage you

The apartment is beautifully decorated and equipped to make your stay very comfortable. The building felt really safe and secure and had great amenities: laundry area, co-working space, gym, outdoor grill. The location has plenty of great restaurants within easy walking distance. The property owner was incredibly kind and super helpful with suggestions - she even created a custom itinerary with museums, restaurants, and attractions catered to my specific interests.

Awful, would not recommend, if I knew how difficult it would be to stay I would not have booked, waste of money

Nothing particular, room was only adequate

Single most frustrating place to stay, the place felt like a prison cell due to the difficulty and humiliation of acquiring permission to enter the building, every time it took explaining and having to show security I made a booking. The laundry was unaccessible too, the place was not welcoming at all and I felt the whole time like I was doing the wrong thing by staying there This experience has made me only want to book hotels that have actual guest service and freedom rather than be served behind a screen and locked doors

Loved the stay and surely recommend it!

Exactly like the pictures, everything super clean and good quality: good sheets, mattress, pillows, great shower, work space, etc. TV is smart, internet is fast and Alexa is connected to the lighting and air conditioner. Edna was always helpful and extra kind, for sure her care makes a great difference in the experience.

The only thing would be the bathroom faucet, like others have mentioned here. It makes it hard to wash your face because it gets in the way, and the sink gets all wet. It should be either shorter or lower. Another thing was that there was a lot of noise from a group of people in one of the nights (at 2am), so if you are a light sleeper like me, you should know that this might happen given the room is facing the street - and take your ear plug with you like I do.
