I always spend hours searching the accommodations reading comments about the pool, cleanliness, view from the balcony.
So straight I will say - the view from the window/balcony is directly to the beautiful pool what made us feel great. The room is on the grand floor so we could enjoy the sand beds just after waking up.
The accommodation is in the territory of the resort Mirage which is great because you can use their facilities such as a few pools, the beach and sand beds. As we stayed at the end of March, for us it was important to be able to use a warm pool. There is one heated in some certain hours at aqua park but the pool isn't for swimming if not for people using slides. You can enter but not much space to swim.
The flat is very cozy and nice with AC.
The owners are very kind, whenever I needed something they were quickly replying.
Sometimes there was a bad smell in the bathroom, especially after taking a shower.
No WiFi.
The apartment is not 65 square meters as written in the description. I'd rather say half of it.
In the kitchen just one electric stove burner worked.

Immeuble en travaux mais pour le prix on fait avec
Vue de la terrasse sur la piscine et accès direct, ce qui est très sympa.
Machine à laver est un plus car après le désert on a pu faire un programme rapide pour laver.
Pas de papier toilette à notre arrivée, ni gel douche ou shampoing - il a fallu courir en acheter car malgré ma demande je n’en ai pas eu.
Après un long voyage ce n’est pas agréable.
Chauffage ne fonctionne pas donc on a eu très froid (je ne sanctionne pas car c’est peut-être partout en Égypte).
Micro ondes ne fonctionna pas.
Chaque lit a un drap housse et une couette. La couette n’est pas lavée à chaque fois. Ce qui est franchement sale (nous avons dormi dans un seul lit pour transformer le drap housse en drap plat.
