I will be objective and honest about everything, as I am also a landlord.
The host was great an absolutely fantastic person with excellent communication skills.
Regarding the apartment, I will be honest: there are a few things that need to be fixed. In the living room, there is a large stain on the ceiling, and there was an unpleasant odor in the apartment. These issues should have been addressed before my arrival. I paid a significant amount of money and expected better in this regard.
Another point to mention is the distance to the beach, which is about a 30-minute walk. I am a slow walker, so someone walking faster might make it in around 20 minutes.
The biggest downside for me was the building itself. There is no elevator, and walking up to the 4th floor several times a day was very difficult.
