Location was great. Good view of the beach and kite surfers from balcony. Easy access to beach and surrounds.
Clean apartment.
Mainly for sleeping and freshening up. Perfect basecamp if you're into kite surfing.
A couch/lounge set would'be improved comfort.

The location of the appartment was good. But a serie of issues made the stay quite disappointing.
Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing.
During the first day/night, we clearly heard what sounded like rodents (rats) inside the walls near the bed (running and squealing noises). This caused significant stress and made it hard to sleep. The issue was reported immediately. A move was offered only within the same building, which did not feel reassuring, especially in an old building. The existence of rodents was later denied based on the fact that other guests had not complained, which is not a valid conclusion. We have videos and sound recordings documenting the noises.
We eventually moved to another apartment for the remaining nights, presented as an upgrade. However, this unit also had issues. The AC did not properly cool the bedroom during the night: although it was on and set to 20 or then 16°C, the room became extremely hot. Many tiny ants were also present (also got photos/videos) and the first drop of water in the shower were black water, waste under the bed. I chose not to mention those two last topics with the host as communication throughout the stay was challenging. Calls regarding urgent issues were not answered, and messages were selectively addressed, which made resolving problems unnecessarily difficult.
Overall, repeated sleep disruption, comfort issues, and poor communication made this stay stressful and below acceptable standards.
