We liked the villa as a whole and the small pool was a bonus. It was very clean and , although a bit out of the way, was in a nice residential street. The lounge furniture was very comfortable and it was handy having a built in BBQ. The manager was very helpful and responded quickly to queries that we had.
There were quite a number of things which will need seeing to in the villa. As we were asked for feedback by the manager, we have contacted her directly. We felt the owner should be given the opportunity to address these rather than publicly saying what we weren't happy with.
One thing I have to point out is that there are two chicken coops and 3 cockerels at the bottom of the outside area. The cockerels started their day at 1am and crowed continuously throughout the night, waking us up. Good job we all bought earplugs, so if they're still there next year, I recommend you do the same!
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Alasia 16 and hopefully things will be improved by next season. Then I would recommend anyone to stay.

We regularly stay in villas on the same complex but this was our first stay at this particular villa. The interior of the villa was clean, the showers were warm and powerful and the beds were comfortable.
The villa is showing signs of requiring some improvement. There are several roller blinds that need replacing as they were stained or broken. The settee and cushions could do with a steam clean. We arrived early a.m. and were disappointed that there was no bottled water or fruit juice in the fridge that other properties provided as a welcome. The most disappointing part was the pool was filthy, slippery and there was no pool net to clean the pool with, we arrived on the Monday for 7 nights and the pool cleaner only visited once on the Saturday and he skimmed the top and disappeared, a 2 minute job. The pictures were taken a while ago as the outdoor area could do with a paint and some TLV and the furniture is now different. A little bit of effort and investment is badly needed.
