I stayed here with my family in October 2026 and absolutely loved it. The space was roomy, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly helpful—my family member had some knee trouble, the host even provided a supportive aid for the injury at no extra cost! The location is also excellent, very convenient for getting around, and surrounded by plenty of dining options. If I return to Shanghai, I will definitely stay here again.

Location perfect. Nice rooms.
No safety box. Cash payment only in spite of promises for credit card. Towels were not changed for 6 days.

Excellent localisation, good apartment standard, friendly and communicative owner
Not the drawback itelf, just 2 things to keep in mind:
- owner does not speak English, but despite this, communication was clear through translator - really nothing to worry about (and via wechat it wasnt deal at all)
- there was an issue when paying via alichat or card - I guess it becouse of limitations for foreign tourists using western cards. Finally we made cash withdrawal from the bank (on 2nd attempt, as not all banks service visa/mastercard) and it solve d the problem but there was little stress and the beggining. Owner however was understanding and helpful but I suggest for others to have cash preparaed in advance just in case of emergency!

The location was fantastic! Really convenient for East Nanjing Road, people’s park & the metro.
The hallways of the building were a tired (but nothing to do with the owner).
