Apartment was very clean with a view to beach. Access to beach is fast & easy. Pool is nice.

The location of the apartments was very good with easy access to the beach. Short distance from Santa Marta Airport.

The check in was more complicated than it needed to be when I arrived at 11:30pm as I did not have a data plan so I hadn't received all the info the host sent regards to payment etc as I assumed I had completed payment at the time of booking. Upon arrival I realized payment hadn't been completed but there was no wifi so I could not access info. My Spanish is limited & the security team spoke no English but when they realized I had no wifi they put on on theirs so I was able to complete the check in & get settled in my room. What I particularly did not like is that after I checked out a day early (only spent 2 nights instead of the 3 I paid for) & using very little of the space (only used bed, one bathroom & nothing else), I was accused of taking bathroom art off the wall which I did no such thing. I tried to converse with the renter asking what they were asking - did I take down art & place it somewhere or did I physically take art out of the apartment, either or I assured them I did no such thing but they never responded. I found it very rude to not even to follow up with further explanation or an apology.

Sui Lofts Santa Marta

Excellent location. Very clean Fast at responding when contacted Exceptional security Highly recommended Pool was perfect temperature. Well equipped. They even have a cooler for the beach!

Would be nice if they offered luggage storage. You check-out at 11 and many flights don't leave until late afternoon. After checking out you are not allowed to access the pool bar or restaurant. Missed opportunity for more revenue

Nice clean aprtment with an excellent location for the beach, good facilities and staff were all very professional.

Location near the beach, cleanliness and near to the shopping mall.

Unfortunately the fridge was playing up due to the different power surges in the area.

Great stay near Bello Horizonte

The apartment is in a great location. Steps from the beach and just a 12-minute walk to Centro Zazue for restaurants and a grocery store. I felt super safe walking around the neighborhood after the sun set. The guards at the front desk were all extremely nice and helpful even with the language barrier. Despite booking last minute, the hosts were accommodating, professional, and made check-in easy. They responded quickly to any request I had. I’d happily stay at one of their properties again on my next trip to Colombia.

The Wi-Fi did go down for a while on two evenings, but after seeing Claro workers nearby, this seemed to be due to external issues with the internet provider (likely not something the hosts could control).

La taille de l appartement. Les équipements de la cuisine.

Le process de check-in et de paiement en ligne, long, compliqué et avec différents interlocuteurs, dont un chatbot insupportable !!! Le personnel à l entrée du bâtiment, qui n est pas là pour accueillir mais pour énumérer toutes les interdictions. L air conditionné, pas assez puissant pour la taille de l appartement. Les oreillers , trop durs.
