This house is home from home. The facilities and attention to detail were exceptional.
The welcome pack was a wonderful surprise and a very nice touch.
2 fully equipped kitchens, beautiful lounges and bedrooms and the bathrooms were excellent.
The hosts were amazing, and were there straight away if required.
Make sure you book the hot tub if you want to use it. Mistake was mine not to do this, but make sure you understand it needs to be booked separately.

What an absolutely wonderful hidden gem Roobies Farm is! We booked as a friend group of 10 adults, 2 children, and 3 dogs which is a big ask for a lot of holiday rentals, but Peter & Carole were the perfect hosts and everything is set up so well in the house; it was a dream!
The beds were super comfortable, the house was sparkling clean, cooking facilities were excellent including the BBQ in the garden, and we were even able to add on usage of the brand new hot tub which really added the luxury experience. Peter & Carole were on hand for any questions about the property throughout our stay, and were incredibly thoughtful adding little touches like towels for the doggies in case of muddy countryside walks.
The local area has so much to explore, including lots of forest walks around the Quantocks, the beautiful Somerset coastline, and tons of sweet little postcard villages. We ventured over to Watchet for one afternoon which was fab for the kids to watch the steam trains coming in and out of the station and we all enjoyed an excellent cream tea at a local cafe.
I will absolutely be bookmarking Roobies Farm as a 5 star, 10/10 location for future getaways for our group, and cannot recommend it enough!

The property is absolutely beautiful, the photos do not do it justice. It was clean and had absolutely everything our family need & more! So much thought went into the little extras and we felt so looked after.
Nothing - could not fault it!!!
