Het hotel op zich is zeer goed: kamer en badkamer zijn ruim en net.
Gratis parking vlak bij het hotel. De wifi was goed.
Er is een restaurant in hetzelfde gebouw, maar er is ook een zeer goed (en goedkoop) restaurant op stapafstand : "Ristorante pizzeria Sportbistro".
Alhoewel wij een hekel hebben aan online inchecken is het bij dit hotel verplicht, want er is geen balie. Gelukkig verliep dat goed, en via de per mail ontvangen code konden we gemakkelijk in de kamer.
Er is een speciale afgesloten ruimte voor fietsen (te openen met dezelfde code als die voor de kamer)
De eerste morgen was het ontbijt helemaal ok. Maar de tweede morgen (zaterdagmorgen) was het buffet zo goed als geplunderd toen wij beneden kwamen. De koffiemachine werkte niet meer en overal stonden restanten van ontbijt op tafels. Toen er eindelijk iemand van het personeel opdaagde schoot ze wel in actie, maar het duurde nog lang eer de situatie weer in orde was.
Voor niet-fietsers is er in de buurt van het hotel zo goed als niets te beleven. Voor fietsers die van plan zijn om de Stelvio op te fietsen is dit wél een zeer goed locatie. Ik ben op de fiets vanaf het hotel gestart. Naar de voet van de klim naar de Stelvio pas is het maar een tweetal kilometer.

a modernly equipped and serviced hotel with coded locks on all doors, clean, quiet, bedding, detergents, and towels in the room, adjustable heating, and a supermarket, parking, and fast food nearby, easy to find with a prominent name on the facade, ski resort just 25 km away
I didn't see any staff; I should have figured out that the code they gave me per Internet opened not only the room but also the front door of the hotel (I wasn't told this); the Wi-Fi in the room worked poorly and I had to move the table right next to the front door to get a stable internet connection; there were no glasses in the room and I had to take a glass from the dining room the next day to take my medicine; breakfast consisted only of cold food, the machine in the dining room did not make coffee or hot water; out of two breakfasts, I was given a cup of coffee once, the second breakfast was without a hot drink (there was no one to ask for, the staff was absent); the hot water in the shower ran out after about 10 minutes and then it was slightly warm; the room smelled of some kind of perfume, to which I am allergic
