The host was responsive and came over quickly after we contacted them to fix a lighting issue and agreed to extend out checkout time. which we appreciated.
We stayed here with our family last weekend. Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. The shower made a loud noise whenever it was used, which kept waking our sleeping children.
The main issue was the number of spiders. They were everywhere, with cobwebs all over the stairs and in the bathroom. A more thorough clean before our arrival would have made a big difference. I ended up cleaning myself so my children would feel comfortable.
There was also a broken bathroom cabinet that nearly fell on my mother's feet, which was a serious safety concern.
Overall, the property would benefit from better cleaning and maintenance before guests arrive.
