Location is downtown so it's easy to move around via Grab. Got proper washing machine complete with drier so washing clothes is a breeze. Extreme value for money for what it's worth.

Roomy and reasonably priced accommodation with big windows and views of surrounding streets and buildings. Very comfortable beds and great facilities (bathtub, washing machine, clothes dryer)
Ants on kitchen benchtop and bin. Some rubbish bags provided for kitchen bin would be good especially for longer stays as bin can filled up quickly.

All facilities that one needs for a service apartment which is not easy to find in Hanoi.
The apartment is very spacious indeed.
Neat and clean. VP bank ATM is 300 meters away which is a big plus as well.

Appartement spacieux, relativement propre et très bien situé dans le quartier français de Hanoï. Les lits sont confortables.
L’appartement paraît beaucoup plus récent et mieux entretenu sur les photos. Le mobilier est vieillissant et l’entrée de l’immeuble est sombre et très sale, avec même une coquerelle morte au sol.
Nous avons également aperçu d’énormes coquerelles à quatre reprises dans l’appartement, ce qui laisse craindre une infestation. Le propriétaire a refusé de se déplacer le premier soir, jugeant qu’il était trop tard. Le lendemain, nous avons trouvé une bouteille d’insecticide.
Lorsque nous avons suggéré une fumigation professionnelle, il a expliqué que les coquerelles pouvaient venir des immeubles voisins.
Pour le prix payé, nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux, tant pour l’entretien que pour la gestion du problème.
