Close to STI where my family attended a graduation.

The unit was clean and tidy. Communication between the host and myself was first class. Location to SM mall a bonus.
One certain guard was rude to my wife & sister in law.
The other item is one which most people wouldn’t even think about, is the window in the unit does not have a “Child Proof” lock on the window. When open a small child could quite easily fall.

location is perfect if you need to go to PUP - it's a quick walking distance. very central so close to everything
I love how they thought about setting the table
placing 2 towels
it was tidy and very neat and clean
I love that they have an umbrella for use since it is rainy
There is TV and Netflix (Although I didnt had the chance to use)
Internet was fast
Owner was responsive
Good place for short errand trips
I had to switch the main power from the powerbox myself when I arrived. (It was uncomfortable for me. it will be nice to arrive in a room where it's ready)
Consider when booking an apartment - Some basic things like power adaptors may not be ready for guests coming from outside Philippines

This property had a Great location on the beach. If you didn’t have umbrella and chairs, You could rent them. The beach is a little crowded, in this area.
The condo is Beautiful and Had everything we needed. We needed our stay and Would definitely come back.
This are of Florida is Gorgeous and very laid back. It did not feel busy. Getting into Restaurants was not bad.
It was just me and my 11 year old daughter and we enjoyed our Trip.

The beach is really crowded in this area. Chair and umbrella rentals are a little pricey as well.
